Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.
Package Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging with all Savoy tags attached to ensure they remain in pristine condition during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
